First — don't panic. A "delivered" scan doesn't always mean it's actually gone.
Before you worry, check:
- Your porch or other delivery spots
- Your mailbox or mailroom
- The front desk or apartment office
- With the people you live with
- With your neighbors
- The tracking page for any delivery notes
Sometimes packages get scanned as delivered a little before they actually show up.
What if tracking just stopped moving? A quiet stretch between scans doesn't mean it's lost — packages keep moving through the carrier network even without a visible scan at every stop.
If the last scan was recent, give it a bit more time. Still nothing? Message us with your order number and we'll dig into the tracking with you.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we've got you — replacement or refund, your call.
